Electrodes

ADAMANT Technologies offers a variety of electrodes to its clients. All Adamant®-Electrodes consist of a polycrystalline boron-doped diamond (BDD) coating deposited on a silicon substrate. Adamant®-Electrodes are suitable either for water treatment or electro-analytical applications.

ADAMANT Technologies has developed a large range of BDD electrodes on silicon substrate. In Adamant's facility, high quality diamond-coatings are deposited on large-scale HF-CVD reactors.

By using various precision cutting techniques, ADAMANT Technologies can offer a wide range of shapes and sizes of custom electrodes.

ADAMANT Technologies offers different types of Adamant®-Electrodes:

BDD coating characteristics:

• Film thickness = 2-3 μm,
• Boron concentration = 500-1,000 ppm,
• Resistivity = 0.1 Ω cm.

Custom Adamant®-Electrodes
