Adamant Electrodes

Adamant® - Electrodes are made of a boron-doped-diamond film of some micrometers deposited on a silicon substrate (mono- or polycrystalline). They are available in several geometries (photo electrodes) and exhibit unique properties such as:

  • a large working potential window of more than 4 volt
  • a high chemical stability even in strong acidic or alkaline medium,
  • a non-poisoning of the surface thanks to the possibility of polarity reversal.

Customized Adamant®-Electrodes with wide range of doping levels (~ 0 – 8000 ppm), thicknesses (0.1 up to 6µm), sizes and shapes can be offered upon request for particular applications.
