> Adamant® - Electrodes are made of a boron-doped-diamond film of some micrometers deposited on a silicon substrate (mono- or polycrystalline). They are available in several geometries and exhibit unique properties such as:
Customized Adamant®-Electrodes with wide range of doping levels (~ 0 – 8000 ppm), thicknesses (0.1 up to 5 µm), sizes and shapes can be offered upon request for particular applications.

> DiaCell® patented modules are cells, which contain BDD/Si electrodes. These are pressure resistant cells made of specific polymer depending on the applications (PP, PMMA, PPS, PVDF, etc.). Two sizes of DiaCell® modules are proposed so far:

Several configurations are possible, with a separation (membrane or diaphragm) or with bipolar electrodes. DiaCell® allow stack mounting of multi-compartments (from 1 to 4 compartments) in bipolar* mode. The module can be operated with an adjustable electrode distance of 1 to 10 mm and the volumetric flow rate of the electrolyte is 100 to 1000 l/h per compartment. On the exploded views, the two current feeding electrodes with their housings (in which the liquid entrance and exit are located) can be seen.
* Adamant has international patents for the use of bipolar diamond electrodes.

A range of specific DiaCell®-Accessories is available to facilitate and ensure DiaCell® use:
> DiaCell®-PS is a range of power supplies, which was specifically developed to operate with DiaCells. The current delivered by these power supplies is adjustable to fit the needs and they allow polarity reversal. These power supplies are available in 150W, 500W, 1000W and 1500W.
> Adamant®-DiaDem is a system which was developed for demonstration and marketing purposes. This completely transparent system allow treating small amounts of water “polluted” with dyes to demonstrate diamond electrode efficiency for organic compound destructions.

> DiaCell®-Systems (treatment units) are complete systems which allow treating variable amounts of water. These systems can be fixed or mobile units and have various treatment capacities. They are designed in materials adapted to application specificities (PVDF, PP, PVC,etc.).
